Specializing in Family Law Mediation & Document Preparation for Divorce and Custody Proceedings.
While Contra Costa County announced that on June 3, 2020 business offices are permitted to re-open when telework is not available, on July 13, 2020, the State of California announced that all non-essential business offices must close their office locations. As such, my physical location is not currently available for in person meetings. My office continues to be "open" for services to the public, but all meetings must occur via telephone or video conference. Thank you for your patience in this ever changing situation.
Most family law courts in the Bay Area are almost fully operational. All Courts are holding hearings in some capacity, mostly through video or phone appearances. If you have specific questions about how COVID may be affecting your case, please feel free to contact my office for a free 30 minute consultation and I will provide you with the latest updates.
Below are links to the three County websites, in which I primarily practice, where information can be found regarding the measures they are taking to address COVID.
